AUTOMATED PRE-PROCESSING

The open platform we use combines conversion and image optimization capabilities with classification and extraction technologies from various providers. It can flexibly adapt to the constantly changing demands of data. This allows for the automated and AI-based processing of the high volume and variety of insurance inquiries and classification possibilities. Standard forms can be interpreted just as effectively as complex, unstructured data, such as member e-mails with numerous attachments.

DIGITAL MAIL DISTRIBUTION

In the age of digitalization and due to the changes caused by the recent pandemic, more and more work is being shifted into the home. Physical documents, however, are mostly sent to central operating and administrative sites. By interconnecting our services with other Rhenus units, we not only take care of on-site mail distribution, but also extend our service to include digital mail distribution. Your physical mail can be scanned on site by our employees and automatically forwarded to the correct e-mail box or personal mailbox.

OPEN ORCHESTRATION PLATFORM (PAAS)

We utilize a powerful orchestration platform for modeling and implementing IT processes, as well as for the seamless tracking of documents and data during production. All transactions are logged in a transaction-oriented manner. The system is centrally hosted in our redundantly designed data centers in Holzwickede, Germany. Decentralized data storage does not occur. This means that scanned documents are transmitted to our data centers and processed solely there with our software

CLASSIFICATION AND INDEXING SOFTWARE (SAAS)

We employ various and in part combined, partner programs and functional components that use assisted learning and machine learning, NLP and semantics to deliver automated classification and extraction results. A core principle is to combine the strengths and advantages of both humans and machines. The system can be trained and provided with rules. The focus of the contractor is on quality and reliability. Thus, various document processing technologies are used to achieve the best possible outcome.

CONVERTING TECHNOLOGY – FORMAT DIVERSITY

Conversion is particularly relevant for incoming e-mails. Unlike the standardized results of a scanning process, an inbox receives formats from around the world, spanning at least 25 years of IT sector development. Our various converters and our experience in the end-customer business ensure format-compliant harmonization. Additionally, we offer manual technical clearing, e.g., for exotic or encrypted formats.

BILLING PROCESSING OF DIFFERENT CHANNELS
